How to enter:
From now until 11:59PM PST on September 21st 2013, we’ll be accepting your submissions for the contest. Enter by emailing your submission to contest@cosplayphotographers.com in the form of a JPG file. Please include the following information:
- First and Last name
- Nickname (optional)
- Email address
- A brief paragraph to describe your photo (optional)
- The file must be named as “yourName-cosplayCharacter”.
- The image must be at least 1024 pixels on the longest edge.

The Fine Print
You must be the creator or copyright owner of the image. The photo must be taken with a 50mm lens or a zoom lens set to 50mm(+/-5mm). Please, only 1 entry per person. Multiple entries will be disqualified. The contest is open to all users internationally, however, prizes will only be sent to US shipping addresses. You will be responsible for picking up the prize from a US location. Judging will be done in 2 phases: internal judging by our staff will select 25 entries or 30% of all entries, whichever number is greater, to continue on to the second round; the second round will consist of public voting on CosplayPhotographers.com website. By emailing your image and entering the contest, you are granting CosplayPhotographers.com the right to publish the image for purposes of this contest and promotional use related to this contest. CosplayPhotographers.com reserves the right to exchange the winning prize for one of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is not available.
